I offer Face to Face Counselling locally, or Online and Telephone Counselling to clients 18+ based anywhere within the UK.
I am an integrative therapist offering a humanistic, person-centred approach. I am a Level 5 qualified therapist with additional training in complex trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, neurodiversity, LGBTQI+ experiences, and CBT techniques where appropriate.
I work with a diverse range of adults of all genders and support people experiencing relationship difficulties, complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, Cassandra Syndrome in neurodiverse relationships, betrayal, heartbreak, low self-esteem, complex grief, life changes, shame, regret, self-doubt, neglect, and dissociation.

I offer therapy in a neurodiversity-affirming way and tailor my approach to the challenges you may experience, such as masking, sensory overload, meltdowns, shutdowns, or burnout. I can also support you in exploring thoughts and emotions that arise when considering whether you may be neurodivergent, or during and after receiving a diagnosis. This may include working through imposter syndrome, developing self-acceptance and self-compassion, and gaining a new perspective on your life experiences.
Alongside my private practice, I worked as a counsellor for STARS Dorset (Sexual Trauma and Recovery Service) for three years, supporting survivors of sexual and domestic trauma. I also worked with Redlands Counselling, an organisation providing low-cost counselling for people experiencing financial hardship in Dorset. In these roles I supported clients with grief, suicidal thoughts, family and relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, depression, narcissistic abuse, and low self-worth.

I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I work collaboratively, valuing your autonomy and unique lived experience. My trauma-informed approach draws on CBT principles when helpful, supporting insight into patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour while prioritising emotional safety.
In this work, I take a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, exploring emotional, relational, and psychological factors linked to food, body image, control, and self-worth. I aim to support empowerment, resilience, and choice, always at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
At the heart of my work is a compassionate therapeutic relationship, helping you make sense of your experiences and supporting meaningful and lasting change.
